Baylis Brothers can manage the entire process of decommissioning your bore to the satisfaction of your local council. We can complete your application form and provide supporting photography and GPS references, then submit all the required paperwork to the local council.
TECHNICAL INFO
- Used as a means to decommission old, damaged or unused bores.
- Artesian bores are grouted using a pressure pump system, either with a cement or Bentonite mix depending on requirements.
- Non artesian bores can be pressure grouted or backfilled with Bentonite pellets and capped with cement.
- With either method it is usual practice to cut of the sealed bore pipe underground so it cannot be disturbed.
